Why aren't my files working?

If you have purchased a downloadable product – such as an mp3, eBook, or piece of art – your download will be packaged in a zip file. In order to open the file(s), you will need to extract them from that zip file.

To do this, right click on the file and select "Extract All..." This will open the Compressed Folders Extraction Wizard. Click Next to work through the Wizard, then click Finish. If the "Show extracted files" option is selected, the folder where you saved the file will open automatically when the Wizard is finished.
