The Wood Lake Publishing Fall 2016 Catalogue has new titles and old favourites: something for everyone.

NEW BOOKS, NEW STORIES

Welcome to our Wood Lake Fall 2016 Catalogue.

Wood Lake is the story company. We have been telling stories for more than 35 years, providing readers and faith formation practitioners with unique and accessible resources that nurture, inspire, and challenge.

We hope you’ll take some time to browse this catalogue and check out our latest offerings.

Talk Sex Today: What Kids Need to Know and How Adults Can Teach Them by Saleema Noon and Meg Hickling, invites readers to roll up their sleeves and figure out just how and when to talk to their children and teens about sex and sexual health issues.

Move: What the Body Wants by Phil Porter and Cynthia Winton-Henry, introduces readers to InterPlay, a philosophy and technique developed by the authors in 1989, which reintegrates the body into all aspects of life.

For those following the Revised Common Lectionary, Prayers for All Seasons Year A by Ellen Turnbull completes the set of three lectionary years, providing a complete, handy, and valuable resource. The three books are also available as a set. Also, Dragon Talks: Puppet Scripts for Lectionary Year A draws readers of all ages into the text of the Bible using puppet scripts for each week of Year A.

Those who love a good tune may enjoy the Sunshine Songbook, which includes music composed by over 16 international artists. The book of music is accompanied by the Sing-along CD. Both are available as a set.

A family favourite you'll also find in the pages of the catalogue is the Family Story Bible, written with warmth and humour by Ralph Milton and brought to life through Margaret Kyle's illustrations.

We hope you’ll enjoy browsing these and our other new and recent releases, and our long-time favourites.

Blessings,

The Wood Lake Publishing team
