Paul Nixon, an ordained minister in The United Methodist Church, lives in Washington D.C. He is the co-creator of Readiness 360, a tool for helping all types of congregations increase their readiness to multiply their ministry impact in their communities and beyond. Nixon also coaches several dozen pastors and church planters throughout the United States.
